reFRESH adaptogenic cacao elixir

Serves one

12 ounces organic coffee, hot water, or warmed non-dairy milk

1 Tbs. raw cashew, almond, or coconut butter

1 Tbs. cacao powder

1 Tbs. cacao paste (or chopped 100% dark chocolate)

1 tsp. Maca powder

1 tsp. Reishi mushroom

1/2 tsp. Mucuna

1/2 tsp. Ashwaghanda

Pinch Celtic sea salt

Add all ingredients to high speed blender and process until smooth and frothy.

For a hint of sweetness, add one soft medjool date or up to 1 tsp. pure maple syrup.
