Veggie and Bacon Wraps 

  • Cut thin slices of carrots, parsnips, red/yellow/orange bell peppers along white and green asparagus

  • Toss sliced vegetables in olive oil, salt and pepper 

  • Take one of each vegetable slice and wrap 1/2 piece of bacon around the center and tie in a knot

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper 

  • Place each bundle on the try in a single layer 

  • Place in a pre-heated oven at 375 degrees

  • Bake for 25-35 minutes or until the bacon is fully cooked

  • Serve while still hot
