Veggie and Bacon Wraps

Cut thin slices of carrots, parsnips, red/yellow/orange bell peppers along white and green asparagus

Toss sliced vegetables in olive oil, salt and pepper

Take one of each vegetable slice and wrap 1/2 piece of bacon around the center and tie in a knot

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper

Place each bundle on the try in a single layer

Place in a pre-heated oven at 375 degrees

Bake for 25-35 minutes or until the bacon is fully cooked

Serve while still hot
