Have you been spending a lot more time in cozy loungewear this year?  It’s been really cold here in Los Angeles, and coupled with the pandemic, I’ve been living in my Alo Yoga sweatsuit.  Now it comes in this rich cherry cola (and bone!) that I just adore.  I want this in every single color so I could get away with wearing it every day.    

While we are on the subject, how cute is that visor?  I’m here for everything that Alo is doing right now.  

The Thera gun and foam roller are muscle recovery tools that will come in handy to those of you still fully committed to your new year exercise routines.   (Kudos!)

I’ve had my Abdolly for YEARS.  It’s old school but it is effective!!  I don’t think I’ll ever stop using this.  

The Bala bangle weights, New Balance x Staud bag, shoes, and yoga mat are stylish versions of staples.  I don’t know about you, but getting a cute new pair of shoes just gets me motivated to move!
