When trying to reshape or make change in your life, you really need to look at all areas of your life; heart, mind, soul and health.

How is your heart, what is your emotional state? Have you let any hurts settle into your heart, or have you dealt with it? I know from my own heart reshapes around betrayal, tragedy and loss, that for the sake of yourself, you must do the work to sit in the pain and let it teach you. Our heart reshapes sometimes come very unexpectedly, but if we choose not to settle,  recognize that we are worth more than what happened, and do the work, you can totally reshape your life.
