1. RESHAPE your Heart and release your old hurts

It can be hard to reshape your heart and see a new vision for your life while being held by old pain, grief and trauma’s that have not settled. Spend some time thinking and feeling about hurts that are still within your heart. Do you need to forgive someone? Are you hanging on to pain that needs healing? Be truthful with yourself about those feelings, engage with trusted counsel and support, and begin the reshape process so you can fully heal and move forward.

Cast your vision big. Don’t allow your vision to be diminished by fear or a lack of confidence. if you begin to feel uncomfortable or unsettled by the bigness of your vision, than you are on the right track. You should feel a little anxious but also very excited. If you can see it, you CAN get there!

Choose three that are simpler and two that take more of an effort. Make them doable so you can feel accomplished with each success. Once a quarter or two times a year, you may need to add new action steps as you progress with your plan.

9. Be open to accountability with trusted relationships

This is one of the most important elements to reshaping any area of your life. Gather a small group of people that will encourage you and hold you accountable to stay on course. Give them the authority to do it and don’t get frustrated when they do.
