I often say that I can eat any many under the table. I grew up on rice and gravy in Louisiana and we all know eating this on the regular is not the best for us. I don’t believe in depriving myself, but I do believe in balance. At this time in my life, I am very focused on foods that are life giving and give me energy, help improve my digestion, and that shape my body and keep it toned. I crave the feeling I get from eating foods that I know are working for me. I have learned swaps from my nutrients @sarahwragge which has been a game changer. But let me set the record straight – when I choose to eat a meal that is outside my regular routine – I do it without guilt and enjoy every last bite.
