After the birth of my third child, my daughter really wanted a trampoline birthday party. I remember being there and we wanted to get some family photos on the trampoline. So we went out there and started jumping around, the next thing I know, my leg was soaking wet. I had leaked all over myself. Thank goodness my dress was made out of a good fabric with a great print on it and it dried really quickly. But it mortified me, I could not believe this had happened with our family and friends all around. 

For me, it had never happened before to that extent, I was not sure really what I should do. After all it was just 6 months after I had had my youngest child and I thought it would get better, but it didn’t. 

It’s not that extreme now, but every time I would do a workout where I was jumping around, even sneezing or if I had to really go to the bathroom, I knew I needed to find a restroom quickly because I could not hold it as long any more.
