I found this great article on www.myfitnesspal.com. I love taking my NeoCell Collagen daily, but learning how our bodies respond to sugar and the affects it has even on our skin and appearance, it is more of a reminder to keep it out of my daily diet. 

A lifetime of eating too much added sugar can make skin dull and wrinkled.
