The Importance of a Strong Core


It all begins with the core. Really our whole body is supported by our core muscles. I try to work on my core a little every day. The basics reps of crunches, the plank or any movement where you body must balance helps build a strong core.

Having a tight core will help with posture, back/neck pain, and overall physical strength.
