Accountability is key with any new endeavour and we all need accountability sometimes when it comes to staying consistent with our fitness routine.

I have a great group of girlfriends from our neighborhood and we meet up every Friday for a hike. I love it, I block this time each week on my schedule to meet with them and I’m there! The other day, I drove by a group of about 12 women all walking while pushing strollers….melting the baby weight off. 

Women’s Magazine listed Group Training as one of the hot fitness trends for 2018. Either create your own local group or find a group to join, don’t forget to add it to your schedule. Statistics show that if you schedule time for exercise, you are more likely to do it.
