Egg White and Lemon Mask

Olive Oil and Coffee Hair Mask

Dull & Lifeless: Olive oil is helps to get rid of dull, damaged and lifeless hair, thanks to the omega 6 as well as omega 9 fatty acids in it. These essential fatty acids are known for their wonderful moisturizing and nourishing benefits, that help repairing the hair damages and grow healthy hair. Olive oil protects our hair strands from external damages such as, excess moisture, UV exposure, harsh wind, etc. It  coats the hair strands a protective layer. Along with that, the anti oxidant benefits of olive oil also help to prevent hair damages caused by free radicals. Olive oil contains a good amount of  vitamin A as well as vitamin E. Vitamin A helps to treat dry hair by boosting sebum production on the scalp. The natural sebum moisturizes and nourishes the scalp and hair.

Ingredients: tbsp coffee powder with 2 tbsp of olive oil.

Directions: Mix ingredients and apply the hair mask all over the hair from root to tip. Leave the mask on for at least 30 minutes. Use a mild shampoo to wash it off and repeat this coffee hair mask once or twice in a week.

Avocado, Egg, and Olive Oil Mask

Yogurt with Lemon and Honey

Dull and Damaged: Humidity and pollution makes your hair look lifeless. The best way to deal with this is to prepare a yogurt and lemon hair pack. This will remove dead skin cells from the scalp and allow the nutrients to reach the hair follicles.

Ingredients: Two tablespoons of yogurt with a few drops of lemon juice and one teaspoon of honey.

Directions: Mix these well to make a fine paste. Apply this mask on the roots and length of your hair and cover it with a shower cap. Allow this to rest for half an hour and then wash it off with water to get shiny and manageable hair.
