I’m excited to share with you our old family recipe for Manglier Tea, It’s a healing tea that has been made for generations in my home state of Louisiana. Boil the leaves for 30 minutes. Strain the leaves, then add your favorite combo of grapefruit slices, orange slices or lemon slices. Wash with Eat Cleaner and keep the skin on. Add a touch of cinnamon, garlic, lime, ginger, and honey to taste. Boil for another 30 minutes and strain with cheese cloth. Sip a warm cup when you are feeling run down or your immune system needs an extra boost.
