INGREDIENTS:
- 4 cups chopped watermelon cubs
- 1/ cup of crumbled goats milk feta cheese
- 3/4 cup of chopped mint
- 3/4 cup of chopped basil
- 1/2 cup of chopped pistachios
- Dressing: 1 cup olive oil, 1/2 cup of balsamic vinegar, mixed with 2 teaspoons of NeoCell Collagen, 1/4 teaspoon of ground sea salt
